Expansion Unit

The SoyRoaster Expansion Unit is the solution for dairy farms looking to increase their roasting capacity without needing a whole new system. Housed in its own shipping container, the expansion unit can be placed beside or stacked on top of your existing SoyRoaster. The expansion unit includes one or two additional roasters and cooling hoppers, boosting your total daily capacity to 16,000 or 24,000 lbs. of soybeans per day. Best of all, the expansion unit is designed to work with your current SoyRoaster—no need for extra control panels. It wires directly into the original touchscreen control system for seamless operation.

Once the soybeans are roasted and cooled, they flow by auger or gravity into the existing hammermill. A single hammermill is capable of keeping up with the output from up to three roasters by alternating which cooling hopper unloads, ensuring continuous, efficient grinding.

The expansion unit includes all necessary equipment, including the roaster, cooling hopper, and transfer auger or chute—and is also available as a DIY kit if you prefer to install it in your own building.
